The pinnacle of excellence. A fabulous pink champagne.
Why you'll love it
Deutz is one of the oldest members of the prestigious Club des Grandes Marques, producing Champagne since 1838. Deutz is based in the Ay region of Champagne, notable for vineyards classified as Grand Cru (100%) according to Champagne Vineyard Classification. Deutz has won international acclaim for its refined and elegant wines.
Deutz has upheld the traditions of fine Champagne making handed down through five generations. The harvest for this Champagne is completed by hand over a 10-day period, generally between mid-September and mid-October with careful attention paid to the ripeness and health of the grapes. The grapes are pressed using automatic and traditional Coquard basket presses, and only the first press, the cuvée, is used before aging on the lees for around three years.
The Brut Rose is a blend of the finest Pinot Noir grands crus, with a touch of Chardonnay. With fine bubbles, a strong pink hue and notes of strawberries, raspberries and cherries this is a delicious, well-balanced champagne.
Like all champagnes this should be served chilled (7°C to 9°C).
