The Cantina Sociale di Monte Porzio Catone was established in 1960 as a collective of 250 growers who agreed to harvest and collect their grapes to produce the famous DOC Frascati wine. This wine is produced to Frascati's most stringent production conditions, and represents a significant step up in quality from standard Frascati wines.

The wine has a straw yellow colour with an elegant fruity scent and is fresh tasting. This wine is extremely refreshing and is ideal as a pre-dinner drink on a warm summer’s evening. It pairs well with pasta and rice, pecorino dishes and with fish and white meats. Try this with dark choclate truffles for a luxurious pairing!

Serve chilled (10°C to 12°C).
