The Family owned ‘Cà Montebello’ Agricultural Estate stretches across the province of Pavia, Lombardy. The Scarani Family work with respect for the environment together with the natural ripening of the grapes to produce a series of captivating wines.

Harvesting takes place during the first week of September. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months. Before bottling the wine develops in pressurized tanks to obtain a natural refermentation.

This wine has an intense pink colour with plenty of fruit to the nose. There are hints of strawberry on the palate. A beautifully fresh and smooth wine.
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with appetizers, risotto, white meats, fish it is also well paired with pizza.

Serve chilled (9°C).
