A dry and crisp white wine with a tangy mouth-watering freshness and hint of gooseberry. Pale Lemon with green tints - the nose is fresh and lemony with herbaceous notes. An elegant and well balanced wine.

Perfect with shellfish, cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
