Why you'll love it
Produced by the San Rocco winery in the heart of the Trapani province of Sicily. Grapes are picked by hand and immediately pressed (without crushing first), before being cold macerated. After the clarification the wine stored on the lees before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine is aged on the fine lees for 4-5 months with battonage, blended and finished for bottling.
Perfect with shellfish, light risotto dishes and Mediterranean pasta dishes.
Serve chilled (11°C to 14°C).
